The Role

‍

As a Paid Media Manager you’ll lead strategy, own performance, and be the day-to-day contact for your own portfolio of clients.

You’ll work across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with the freedom to make real decisions and the support to develop fast.

Expect responsibility from day one – and the chance to shape how we do things as we scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

‍

- Building and optimising campaigns across Google and Meta (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Meta Ads Manager etc.)

- Leading client calls and building strong relationships

- Turning performance data into strategic insights

- Managing budgets and identifying growth opportunities

- Contributing to client strategy alongside senior team members

- Reporting on performance clearly and confidently

What We’re Looking For

‍

- 2–3 years’ hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads

- Agency-side experience

- Strong attention to detail

- Confident communicator who can lead calls and explain strategy

- Passion for performance marketing and an appetite to keep learning

- Based in or near London - Available to work in our London Bridge office two days a week

Bonus Points If You Also Have
‍

- Experience working with ecommerce brands

- Experience with shopping feeds, GA4, and platforms like Pinterest, TikTok or Amazon

- Used Merchant Center or 3rd-party management tools

- Previous client-facing ownership or leadership responsibilities
