Latelita London is a British-designed atelier jewellery brand founded in 2012 that blends Eastern influences with contemporary British design to create unique, handcrafted pieces.
Before partnering with Adnomics, Latelita were managing their paid media efforts in-house. As a result, their campaigns weren’t getting the attention they needed. Spend felt inefficient, results were inconsistent, and it was clear that opportunities to scale profitably were slipping through the cracks.
We conducted a full audit and quickly identified that while Latelita were advertising internationally, not all countries were pulling their weight. By analysing performance data properly, we narrowed focus to the markets that were actually profitable.
Next, we rebuilt the campaign structure from the ground up. We implemented a new setup designed to maximise efficiency, improve budget allocation, and give the algorithms the best chance to do their job properly.
And finally, we integrated a stronger set of ad assets – tailored for different placements and stages of the customer journey – to lift engagement and conversion rates across the board.
