The Client

Hayley Menzies is a British fashion brand that celebrates luxury, colour, and a playful spirit in the world of contemporary fashion. Founded in 2011, the brand offers a range of clothing and accessories that embrace bold patterns, high-quality materials, and a sense of individuality.


Objective

Hayley Menzies wanted to increase efficiency across their paid search and social, which meant improving ROAS and reducing the cost to acquire a customer.

Our Process

We begun with several improvements to their Google Shopping feed and migrating them onto a dedicated feed management platform. This gave us the ability to roll out further optimisations around excluding low value products, and implementing our product ranking process that provides visibility on exactly which products are generating new customers.

Across Paid Social, we leveraged Advantage Shopping campaigns whilst focusing on creative. Placement optimised creatives were used to maximise our reach and performance across both feed and story placements.

Results

Our proven customer acquisition formula helped uncover new efficiencies across Hayley Menzies’ performance, resulting in:

  • 100% increase in ROAS, despite Average Order Value only increasing by 5%.
  • 47% reduction in Cost Per Sale.
  • 125% increase in revenue, despite spend increasing by only 13%.
