The Client

Camilla Elphick is a British luxury footwear brand founded in 2014. The brand has gained recognition for its distinctive, playful, and imaginative shoe designs that are crafted with exceptional quality and attention to detail. Camilla Elphick's creations often reflect her passion for storytelling and creativity, resulting in footwear that transcends mere fashion to become wearable art.

Objective

Struggling with high CPA’s and low sales volumes, Camilla Elphick needed to see a better ROAS and higher volumes from their paid media activity.

The Process

Performance Max campaigns were segmented to prioritise best-sellers allowing us to allocate more budget towards higher ROAS items, whilst a shopping feed overhaul enabled us to greatly expand our reach by improving the quality of the feed.

Across paid social, Advantage Shopping campaigns were leveraged to drive sales from new customers, with an accompanying retention campaign aimed at capturing sales from existing customers. Audience segmentation based on RFM attributes (recency, frequency, monetary) meant that we were able to focus our retention activity on winning back potentially lost customers.

Results

  • 80% reduction in Cost Per Sale
  • 562% increase in ROAS, with only a 35% increase in Average Order Value.
  • 2096% increase in revenue, despite spend only increasing by 232%.
