This is an exciting opportunity to join a startup agency with some of the industry’s leading experts working across an already developed client portfolio. 

You will be responsible for the growth of your own client portfolio

Who Are You?

• Minimum of 4 years experience in managing campaigns across multiple channels and markets (search and social)
• Knowledge of tools including Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, Client CRM platforms (e.g. Klaviyo), Feed management platforms
• Confidence in presenting, from reporting to new client pitches
• An ambitious, inquisitive and analytical mindset, with passion for test fuelled growth
• Organised and detail oriented 
• Local to London, with the ability to travel to work from our central London office 2 days per week

Responsibilities:

• Support the Paid Media Director in developing strategies for your client portfolio
• Hands-on account management - ownership of implementation, budgets, performance and KPI’s, with support from Paid Media Executives
• Grow your accounts by identifying areas of success and new opportunities
• Plan and analyse A/B tests on areas such as audience, creatives and bidding
• Build relationships with your clients, and be comfortable discussing performance via weekly/bi-weekly reporting calls and face to face presentations

We’d be even more impressed if:

• You have experience managing and training other team members
• You have experience running ads on TikTok, Amazon, Pinterest, Etsy and others.
• Have previous experience running activity for e-commerce brands
• You have worked within an agency environment
